We ship Monday through Friday and usually within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Exceptions are holidays. We will send you a shipping confirmation email from shaelily@hotmail.com when your order ships. Your email will include a delivery confirmation number so that you can keep track of the package along the way until it's delivered.
We normally ship within 1 business day of receiving payment for your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number for the package once your order has shipped. All USA orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail based on weight. First Class mail usually takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 4 business days for delivery. All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be delayed during peak shipping periods (holiday seasons). If you have a time-sensitive order and need a guaranteed delivery date please contact us for pricing on USPS Priority Mail Express (guaranteed 1-2 day delivery) prior to placing your order. All INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS and delivery is usually within 7 to 21 business days. Delivery time may take longer due to your country's customs department and/or delays during peak shipping periods such as holiday seasons. We are not responsible for any delays, taxes, import fees, etc. imposed by your country's customs department or postal service. Please contact your local postal service for more information.
We accept returns for any reason. However, the item must be returned in its original condition (brand new, unworn, with tags still attached and/or in original retail packaging. Please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your item if you need to return it.
Orders may be cancelled as long as the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has shipped, please refuse the package at delivery or return it for a refund.
Yes! Please be assured that we only sell authentic and genuine branded items. All of our inventory is purchased from major department stores or directly from the manufacturer.
When an item says "ON HOLD", this means it is currently sold out. Unfortunately for many of our items we only have a small quantity, sometimes even just a quantity of one, and are not able to be restocked. However, some brands and items we can restock. If you're interested in an item that is sold out feel to to contact us. You never know! We may be able to get more. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you have purchased an item from us and the item now says "ON HOLD" this means that you purchased the last one. No worries, you will still receive your item! In the rare instance that our inventory was incorrect and the item was actually sold out at time of purchase we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
